🛠️ Motor sizing is the interview question and the real-world trap. You must beat the load at its worst moment (acceleration), survive the average (RMS heating), and keep the inertia ratio sane (≤ ~10:1) or the servo will hunt. Work the four numbers below.
Electrical sizing keeps the panel legal and the volts where they belong: voltage drop over a cable run, transformer kVA, the capacitor that fixes a bad power factor, and breaker sizing at 125%.
