On a Kawasaki E-series controller, Motor Power that won't energize is usually an emergency stop, an overtravel switch, or a Cubic S safety fault — not a dead drive. Work the safety chain, then read the error code.

Why Motor Power won't turn on
On a Kawasaki E-series robot controller, pressing Motor Power (or commanding it on) and having nothing happen is almost always the safety chain or a hardware error refusing to allow it. The common reasons Motor Power will not turn on are:
