Questions about PLC programming, training, partnerships, or feedback? We'd love to hear from you.

What to write to us about

  • A mistake in a lesson, article or the book. Tell us the page and what is wrong; we would rather fix it than leave it standing.
  • Something in the simulator that behaves unexpectedly. Send the Structured Text or ladder program that shows it, and what you expected to happen.
  • A topic you would like covered — a protocol, a robot brand, a concept that never quite made sense.
  • Partnerships, training use and press. Teachers and training providers are welcome to ask about using TryPLC with a class.
  • Privacy requests — export or deletion of your data. See the privacy policy for what we can do.

Before you write

Many questions are answered already. The Structured Text reference covers syntax and data types, the troubleshooting library covers communication faults on real equipment, and the blog has worked examples. TryPLC is a small project, so a reply can take a few days.

What we cannot help with

We are not able to diagnose a fault on a machine we cannot see, to give safety advice for a live installation, or to supply vendor software. For those, contact the equipment manufacturer or a qualified engineer on site. More about who we are is on the about page.
